Then come along to this talk in which I will be giving an introduction to Psychosynthesis; its development and history and what distinguishes it from other approaches to counselling and psychotherapy. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and also to experience aspects of the approach with brief guided reflections. I look forward to meeting you there!
